Autumn Mid-Week Meals


Autumn is setting in, the cold weather and long winter nights have us longing for comforting stews, pies, soups and all things warming. My Autumn Mid Week Meals are about delivering warming, tasty, cosy food from fridge to table in 30 minutes.

This workshop is all about cooking quickly; when time is short these recipes can be rustled up in under half an hour with no compromise on flavour. Lots of the dishes are inspired by my travels in Asia where food is cooked fast and flavoursome, your mid-week meals will transport you to India and Malaysia in just a few minutes.

Although we will be packing the flavour in, this doesn’t mean you need to stock up on a host of weird and wonderful ingredients. We will be using store cupboard essentials and freezer favourites. You will be able to bring together a feast for the family with what you have at home already.

  • Crispy Beef and Miso Aubergine Stir Fry
  • 15 Minute Mango Chicken Curry
  • Tomato & Spinach Dhal
  • Sausage & Kale Ragu with Gnocchi
  • Butternut & Maple Soup
  • Orzo, Feta & Tomato Bake with Thyme & Chilli Prawns
  • Leek & Tarragon Cider Braised Chicken
  • Irish Soda Bread

The workshops start at 10am and finish around 2pm, including time to enjoy what you have made. The sessions are relaxed but hands on so make sure you wear comfortable shoes, or even slippers! Tea and coffee will be available throughout. If you have any dietary requirements or food phobias please let me know in advance. The menus will vary so if there is anything that you would really like to try from the above, let me know.
