In this class I will show you how to adorn your beautiful Christmas cake. I will show you how to make a rich almond marzipan and light and fluffy royal icing. I will then take you through each stage of decoration, from rolling out the marzipan to coating in white royal icing. The finished effect will be that of a classic snow peaked centre piece.
The class will run for 1-1.5 hours.
Once you have booked in I will send you a list of all the ingredients and equipment needed, as well as the Zoom link. All ingredients need to be pre-weighed so we can all bake along together.
The style of the class is a “bake along”. I will allow plenty of time for you to bake with me in real-time and ask any questions that may come up along the way.
