In this class we will be making the perfect rich and buttery pince pies. I will show you how to make a classic mincemeat, packed with grated apple, dried fruits and brandy. I will then guide you through making delicious short crust pastry. We will then bring the two together to make the most delicious festive treat.
This class will take 1.5 hours. We will make enough mince meat to make a few extra batched of mince pies to keep you going through the festive period.
Once you have booked in I will send you a list of all the ingredients and equipment needed, as well as the Zoom link. All ingredients need to be pre-weighed so we can all bake along together.
The style of the class is a “bake along”. I will allow plenty of time for you to bake with me in real-time and ask any questions that may come up along the way.
