In this class we will be making a traditional marzipan filled Stollen. I will show you how to make the perfect enriched dough and guide you through making your own marzipan.
This class will take 2 hours, including a short break whilst we leave the dough to rise.
Once you have booked in I will send you a list of all the ingredients and equipment needed, as well as the Zoom link. All ingredients need to be pre-weighed so we can all bake along together.
The style of the class is a “bake along”. I will allow plenty of time for you to bake with me in real-time and ask any questions that may come up along the way.
