A rich and chocolaty Yule log is the perfect centre piece for any festive table. I will guide you through making the lightest fluffiest sponge, how to make a rich chocolate ganache and the trick to getting the perfect roll.
The class will run for 1-1.5 hours.
Once you have booked in I will send you a list of all the ingredients and equipment needed, as well as the Zoom link. All ingredients need to be pre-weighed so we can all bake along together.
The style of the class is a “bake along”. I will allow plenty of time for you to bake with me in real-time and ask any questions that may come up along the way.
