In this workshop you will make, bake and ice your own gingerbread house. Lit up with sugar glass stained windows, a home made house will be a centre piece like no other. You will need to be a relatively confident baker with a steady hand and an eye for detail.

With a maximum of 2 per class, I will guide you through the stages of designing your template, demonstrate different piping techniques and show you some top tricks to make your house something out of a fairy tail.

What you will do

• Create your own bespoke gingerbread dough
• Cut out your template
• Pipe and decorate
• Festive snacks & drinks throughout
• Seasonal lunch

The workshop will last from 10am – 5pm with a seasonal lunch and unlimited teas, coffees and sweet snacks to keep you going throughout your build.
