This class is packed with flavours and spice. We will journey through India, Malaysia and Thailand. I will guide you through the basic elements of each country's main spice blends to replicate some of our best loved curries.

I have developed these recipes from my travels to make them accessible to all, using store cupboard ingredients all the dishes can easily be made at home. Some of the recipes are perfect for rustling up mid-week while others will require a little more time, perfect for a relaxed weekend.

The workshops start at 10am and finish around 2pm, including time to enjoy what you have made. The sessions are relaxed but hands on so make sure you wear comfortable shoes, or even slippers! Tea and coffee will be available throughout. If you have any dietary requirements or food phobias please let me know in advance. The menus will vary so if there is anything that you would really like to try from the above, let me know.

There will be plenty of time to enjoy your creations at the end of the workshop, but please note that due to my insurance I cannot let you take food away with you.
