This workshop is all about cooking quickly; when time is short these recipes can be rustled up in a hurry with no compromise on flavour.
My Mid-Week Meals are about delivering warming, tasty, cosy food from fridge to table in 30 minutes.
My interest in seasonal produce was sown by my Dad who's a keen gardener and cook. Throughout the seasons he would provide simple and delicious meals using whatever was growing in the vegetable patch at the time.
Although I am a professionally trained chef, my style of cooking is simple. My workshops and private catering are not fine dining foams and tuiles, but fresh and honest food celebrating beautiful seasonal produce.
I am based in our cottage where I live with my husband and ancient oil-fired Aga. We live in a little village in the Cotswolds, just on the border of Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.
Through my workshops I share with you my experience of cooking with seasonal fruit and vegetables to create simple yet delicious meals which you can recreate at home.
