The Class

Join me from my kitchen to yours as we cook a delicious 3 course Valentines Day meal.

Either cook along on your own to treat your beloved or cook together!
Suitable for all dietary requirements.

Starter

Aubergine, Mozzerella & Pomegranate Salad with Citrus Dressing

Main Course

Salmon en Croute with Watercress
Or
Roasted Butternut Squash Wellington with Spinach, Red Pepper & Pesto (V/VG)

Pudding

Chocolate & Salted Caramel Mousse

The class will run from 7-8.30pm approx finish time

How it works

Once you have booked you will receive an email with all ingredients and equipment you will need.

All ingredients need to be pre weighed so we can all bake along together.

The style of the class is a “bake along”; I will allow for plenty of time for you to cook with me in real time and ask any questions that may come up along the way.
